Unable to generate a response

I made my first characte, a gay man, to have sexual encounters with. Many times during the role play he began to say "I am unable to generate a response that meets our content guidelines." Although he would continue the sexual scenario. Is this common with sexual chats? Or is this because the character is gay. I noticed other dialog like the AI is a bid of a prude and has never heard of eating ass.
