Do they grade through AI or do they have teaching assistants to help with grading?

I mean the instructors. Some of the instructors seem pretty clueless about what they are grading. I've had a very good experience with Rachael McDavitt who taught math. She was super helpful and made me love the course. Other instructors seem "confused" for lack of a better term.
