Thoughts on this build?

Hi everyone,

Helping someone with a build, this list was created with my input and now I'm seeking others. Primary use case is for video editing and content creation, using programs such as After Effects, Photoshop, and illustrator. They would prefer Intel as they've had poor experiences trying to get things to run on AMD in the past (other things like engineering simulations and stuff).

The original build was 128GB of RAM and an I9-14900K, I talked them down to 64GB and an i7-14700k, but I still think the RAM is overkill. They said that AE has not ran well in the past with even 32GB of RAM, and I don't have any experience with AE.

Budget is in the $2k range, USD, before sales tax.

Thoughts?
