How soon post kidney transplant did you feel like answering work emails, etc.

Heading into a paired kidney transplant (thanks hubby!) and have to travel to Salt Lake to get the surgery (I live in Boise). I'm a one woman interior design office and I'm stressing about keeping my jobs afloat while I recover. Would love to hear from the group about how soon they could do some simple computer work after transplant? I'm doing a preemptive transplant so not on dialysis and I don't have to have a nephrectomy. I know everyone is different but would love to hear about your experience. Thanks!
