Help me identify this strange, fast growing plant, please!

I have tried using the usual identification tools but I think the background is confusing them. This plant has black marks on its leaves and a sort of 'bamboo' trunk. It is growing really fast. I am pretty sure it needs to come out but I want to check what it is first. Thanks for your help!
