Best places for unique or custom clothes/shoes/etc?

Hello everyone! I’ll be heading to Japan in early October for a week and I was thinking its would be awesome to get some unique or custom clothes from my trip. Does anyone know of neat clothing shops to visit in tokyo? Thanks!
