Brand new Neptune 4 plus temp tower help!

I am brand new to 3d printing trying to tune up my Neptune 4 plus and each time I print the temperature tower from Orca it comes out a total mess. I have tried adjusting the z- offset multiple times. I think it might be an over extrusion issue but I'm not sure how to correct it.
