Adderall psychosis

With the whole Kendra thing blowing up on tiktok, i’m so worried about being on adderall. I’m so worried to fall into some sort of psychosis. I am a spiritual person so I believe in some woo. I think i’m pretty grounded and normal, but i’m still scared that the medication could impact me negatively. I also have severe anxiety to top it all off. I’ve just been seeing so many negative stories about adderall which discourages me. I’ve been so so many different meds for depression and anxiety throughout the years that trying a new medication scares me.

Those that take stimulants, what do you do to avoid negative symptoms?
