Please help (688 skatepark by team pain)

Does anybody know about Central Skate Park in Fl in Clearwater. Also known as 688 skatepark by Team pain. Seems like it was super popular in the early 2000’s and I heard talk of that it was being used in 2024 but there is nothing on google maps and the phone number doesn’t respond. I sent an email but no answer yet. Does anybody know if this place even still exists?
