Migraine cocktail at home vs ER

I’ve had a migraine for 17 days now. I’ve tried multiple things to get rid of it and nothing is working.

I usually use triptans. But once per month I get an irretractable migraine and have to take Compazine, Benadryl, and Ativan at home.

Does anyone have any experience of taking those meds at home and it not working, but having them work at the ER?

I’m out of ideas of what else to do now. I was thinking they might work better through IV since they’re getting into my bloodstream faster and at a higher volume.
