UTM JB

Hi everyone! I’m joining UTM this semester for my bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, and I’m super excited to be part of the community! 🎉

I had a few questions and would love to hear from current students or anyone living in JB:

• BET Exam – Has anyone here cleared the BET before starting? Any tips on how it works and what to expect?
• Part-time Jobs – Are the on campus jobs available/allowed for internation students ?
• Accommodation – Do i need to book for on-campus housing in advance?
• Things to Bring from Bangladesh—Any unique items or essentials I might forget to pack but will miss later?

Any tips about Malaysia, JB, or UTM life would be really appreciated! 🙏
