Gaming at 1440p, is 125% in game resolution scale the optimal percentage?

This is for games like Battlefield that have a resolution scale setting. The default resolution scale is 100%. I saw someone say that 125% is the best bang for your buck for resolution scale if you want your game to look better. I also saw someone say that it’s actually 126%. Does anyone know if this is true?
