Timeline

336 AC: Twins are born to Lord Hareth Yronwood: Margaid and Uther. A house of First Mannish stock, and powerful enough to flaunt their power, some among the family object to Margaid being heir though she was the eldest. Hareth ignores them.
339 AC: The Targaryen Rebellion as hesitant supporters of Rhaenys. While some sympathies to the Crown persist, the death of the Blackfyre political project ensures that the Yronwoods follow Rhaenys in that war.
340s AC: Hareth Yronwood is among those who encourage the Princess-Regent to usurp her absentee sister. Following the failure of the Targaryen Rebellion (which the Yronwoods blamed on the Stormlands), Hareth starts advocating for Dorne to keep the rest of the kingdoms at arm’s length. Margaid and Uther fight over toys.
354 AC: Margaid and Uther come of age. Uther is betrothed to Sylva Manwoody and weds her later that year. Margaid shuns marriage, much to the chagrin of her parents.
355 AC: Uther and Sylva’s first son, Cathan, is born. Figuring that his elder sister would inherit his house’s sword, Uther dedicates himself to wargames and assisting his father in garrisoning the Red Mountains.
356 AC: Anorane Yronwood is born the second child and first daughter to Uther.
359 AC: Margaid Yronwood dies on a hunting trip. Hareth again blames the Stormlands. A year later, he gathers a small army and fasts for a week to seek the gods’ blessing in campaigning against the Stormlords. He withers away of starvation; Uther inherits.
368 AC: Naerys calls the realm to arms on account of snarks and grumkins. Uther sends a squire and a donkey north in response. Incensed, Lothar Yronwood and six other knights decide to ride and meet the threat themselves; only Lothar survives.
373 AC: Cathan allegedly suffers a misfortune at the quintain, and is said to have been simple-minded by the incident. He’s sequestered in his chambers.
374 AC-present: Anorane supplants her uncles’ place as her father’s advisor and right hand. Her hunts in the Red Mountains become almost a tradition. With her elder brother supposedly catatonic, it looks more likely that she'll be named heir.
