C&P no MH

I am scheduled for my C&P for several things next week that are secondary to MH with alcoholism.

There is no mention of a MH or Sleep Apnea exam but with Alcoholism as intermediate I'm scheduled for some things as secondary to the MH submission. Would they schedule these if my claim was fully developed with my physician doing the DBQ for MH? In fact he thought I should wait for MH before submission of the secondaries but all advice here is to submit at once.
