Advice for makeup and skincare

Hello! Does anyone have any quick, short-term advice for me in regards to makeup/skincare in order to clear up some redness and oily spots as well as hiding them? I don't follow skincare or makeup very much. I love lightweight makeup and I have warm combination skin. The bumpiness you see is especially present around my T-section and foundation cakes around this area the most.

It is really hot today so I am greasy around the spots that would behave like normal skin on a usual day. I use occlusives before bed and don't exfoliate very often which is definitely something I want to change. My cream-based, low-quality moisturiser is possibly unsuited to these hot summer days also. Thank you!
