TW//: Medication & depression

Since i was 12 years old I was diagnosed with moderate to severe depression(treatment hesitant too) & anxiety, it's been a extreme struggle, ive been on so many medications, so many antidepressants I've lost count, I've tried 1 antipsychotic which somewhat helped but gave me heart palpitations often so was taken off it, ive tried therapy & counselling so many times I can't count, I was recently diagnosed autistic, im currently on a mixture of mirtazapine which i only take to help me sleep, and citilapram (I can't spell it) which does nothing like every antidepressant does, my doctors dont listen to me, feeling extremely defeated, any advice at all is appreciated. My autistic symptoms are very disabling & I dont know how to cope from now onwards.
