[For Sale] Selling my complete PDF SaaS - PDFPod - Full source code
Hey everyone,
I'm an indie hacker and I've just finished building out a complete, production-ready SaaS for all things PDF. It's called PDFPod.
My original plan was to launch and run it, but I'm shifting focus to another project. Instead of letting this code sit on my hard drive, I want to sell it to fellow developers or entrepreneurs who want to launch their own micro-SaaS without building from scratch.

Here’s a quick rundown of what it can do:
Core Features (It's a powerhouse):
Full Conversion Suite: Convert PDFs to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, and TXT. The conversion quality is top-notch.
Document Organization: Merge multiple files (with drag-and-drop), Split large PDFs by page range, and Extract or Remove specific pages.
Optimization: Powerful file compression using the Ghostscript engine, with adjustable quality levels.
Unique Feature: True Text Editing: This is the killer feature. It's not just an overlay. You can actually click into the text on a PDF and edit it directly. This was a beast to build and works incredibly well for last-minute fixes.
Platform Architecture (Built to Scale):
-
Asynchronous "Upload & Go" Workflow: Users can submit a job, close their browser, and get notified when it's done. No more waiting on a loading screen. This is a huge UX win compared to competitors.
-
User Accounts & Dashboard: Secure user accounts, history of all jobs, and a central place to manage files.
-
Ready-to-go Admin Panel: Manage users and application-wide settings (like default storage limits for new users).
-
Built-in Business Model: The code is already structured for a Freemium model with Free, Pro, and Business tiers. Just connect Stripe and you're ready to monetize.
If you're looking to launch a proven SaaS model in a massive market, this is your chance to skip 6+ months of development and hit the ground running.
