ACCOUNT BANNED/disabled smh

So last weekend my brother had my phone for a good two weeks and he texted this girl on my account (with my phone) and when I got my phone back to ask the girl what my brother said she told me and said her mom found the messages, blocked my acc, and reported the messages my brother sent. I then went on but a day after, instagram told me that my acc was banned, I submitted a passport appeal on the 4th and they still didn’t accept the appeal request, and I’m pretty sure I’m banned from using the app entirely.
