PIP assessment being audited?

Hello, I had my phone assessment this Monday (4/8/25) which lasted just over 2 hours long (my poor brain was mentally fried after!) but still haven’t received the ‘we have your report’ text off the DWP. I’m assuming that my assessment has gone to be audited & wondering on how long it’s gonna be until it’s sent? I’ve seen 2-5 days and also seen up to 8 weeks for the report to be sent 😱 I had also asked for the assessment to be recorded & the cd came on Wednesday (6/8/25) but i was sure for the cd to be sent to me, the report had to be with the DWP??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
