Burping, gas

I’ve come to realize that the day after shot day I have gas , and I’m burping all day. My belly’s bloated & im having diarrhea. I do feel nauseous but all of this is so uncomfortable. Apparently it’s a side effect 😭 but I hate the way it makes me feel for the whole day. Any advice for someone who gets the same way??
