question about the cloning room/ warehouse

the cloning room was already there and dr.venture probably knew he was a clone. does that mean there might of been a couple rusty clones still in their pods aged up to 40ish, they age normal, there really isnt any acceleration that doc venture could do. then for all the problems doc venture had as far as we know he never transferred his brain into a clone in his adult life and fixing his baldness, body whatever.
