How's the AF on the Q2?

Hi all,

Basically the title. Would love to read comparisons to the Ricoh GR III if anyone has both. For context, considering either the Q2 or Q3 at the moment and I'd like decent AF (especially in low-ish light). I had the original Q a few years ago but can't quite remember how it was. Current frame of reference is my GR III, and I need it to be faster that it. The Q2 and GR III came out around the same time, so they're similar tech.

How's the upgrade from Q2 to Q3? I've seen mixed reviews when it comes to the AF, even though it's a new system.
