Possessed lumbar support ?

I've got a 2021 Touring edition. I've had SO many problems with it, but the weirdest one that drives me the craziest is that pretty frequently it feels like my seat's lumbar support is possessed- like it feels like it's inflating and/or deflating randomly while I'm just driving down the road.

Almost kinda like that feeling as if some kid is sitting behind you and has their feet on your seat.

Anyone else ever experienced this or heard this before??

There's nothing next to the seat that could be accidentally pushing the button. And sometimes it feels a bit higher up in the seat than the lumbar support technically is- but it all feels like the same thing. It's just SO strange and weirds me out every time.
