What happened to the SHC Unofficial patch changes in SHC: DE?

I remember when I watched one of the announcement and teaser videos for SHC DE when it still wasnt released, and they said they were in talks with the Unofficial patch devs and would include the changes, or something like that. But now Im playing definitive edition and AI lords behaviour looks exactly the same as in the old game. They are easy, have the same bad economies, Frederick and Marshall still doesnt buy weapons, many lords dont fill their towers with archers... Im surprisingly dissapointed, again....
