Kids first euro ferrata

Hello! I'm looking for advice. My husband and I, experienced outdoor climbers, would like to do some via ferratas in Europe this summer. We have a 7 year old who may not tolerate much exposure. We've never done any VFs.

Could someone recommend some lower exposure VFs? I have seen some along a creek wall,for example.

We could have her do the first 100' of some routes to see how she does. Is there a mountain or town with many in the same vicinity? Any guide books recommendations?
