relapse — what steps do i take now?

i have relapsed (cutting to be specific) after being clean for about a year ish, probably less. was a pretty long bout of it and im just extremely conflicted in my emotions rn. i know i am capable of being heavily addicted to it and just am unsure of what steps to take now. What do i do with myself???????????
