2nd Pregnancy on Ozempic?

Hi, has anyone gotten pregnant more then once from being on Ozempic? I’m PCOS and Type 2 diabetic. I was taking Ozempic for diabetes (not for loosing weight even though I am what they class as obese). That being said, I have never been able to conceive. I randomly fell pregnant Feb this year unexpectedly which everyone thinks it was Ozempic regulating my body with my sugars being down. I didn’t actually loose any weight which was weird. However, I gave birth early due to something totally unrelated and she didn’t survive. I’m back on Ozempic again and wondering if I should be cautious or not? I’m on the fence, as I do want another baby but also nervous because of the PPROM and the fact it happened to me once means it will likely happen again.
