Morning Person - Normal sleep is 9-10 PM till 4-5 AM(no alarms)

This was a topic that i can't get my head around. I feel like i need something to stick or a thread that connects. I have chats with some here and had a decent time even with me trying to learn about saying no. (Mahirap as an introvert)

You can be direct since i tend to take a few days to warm up but is easier if you dont want to "wait" for a perfect time.
