Will my teeth stay the same if I give up after 1 week of rubber bands and call it good and do retainers?

Year almost four of Invisalign. Only my two front teeth hit when I bite. They put me in rubber bands and after a day - the right molars are finally hitting too. I said I was gonna be done as soon as more teeth hit because I’m over it.

If I call them next week and make an appt to do retainers will my bite stay the same or would I need to be with these elastic bands longer for it to stay that way?

Help me I just wanna be done 🤣😅
