Potential client insists there's noises or artifacts in my recording. Am I going insane?

It's a bit loud (not when I sent it to client) due to me going out of my way in post to boost the volume and hear issues, but I literally can't hear anything that's so wrong it would interrupt a youtube narration with potential music in the background. Can any top-tier VO's tell me what he's talking about?
