They made grenades stronger yet German grenades still suck

I need other peoples input because it really feels like they made US and British rifle grenades way stronger but german grenades still suck, i get that originally the german grenade wasnt really supposed to be a killing grenade but it doesnt stun so basically it just is flat out worse than other factions grenades, now that grenades are stronger that makes the german factions really suck in engagements where grenades are important.
