Is 1000£ more then enough to run stalker gamma modpack? specs below

Hello guys i want to build a pc max 1000£ i could go above but its on only extreme situation, ok enough jap, people say this is recommended specs is not 100% legit but quite accurate people say, and im quite lazy and quite dumb honestly so if its enough for 1000£, if its more the enough i would want my pc to be slightly more powerfull then its recommended bc of constant updates😭 i would prefer amd, 32gb ram would be even better but 16gb is enough

Recommended specs:

OS: Windows 10/11 64‑bit

CPU: Intel Core i5‑6500 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600

RAM: 16 GB

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti or AMD RX 590

Storage: ~30 GB (SSD preferred)

Thank you guys for reading this long and dumb message😆
