Starting Out; Need Advice

Hey everyone. 27M living in Uk. So to keep the story short, I’m starting to properly get back into the dating game for the first time in nearly 10 years. Between a mix of committing to full time study for degrees, social isolation during COVID, and a massive lack in confidence over the subsequent years, I’m not in a position to really know what I’m doing or what to expect. I’ve jumped on apps like Bumble and Hinge, but so far they just really serve to make me question more things than anything else. If anyone could help me understand the best dos and donts at this point, that would be much appreciated.
