I had a great date because of Mr Ballen!

No one else in my personal life is a fan of the strange,dark, and mysterious so I thought I would share my fun story from today!

I had a first date and he was talking about the type of stuff he likes to watch, including the mysterious/unknown. He mentioned Mr Ballen and asked me if I knew him. The way my mouth dropped open and I squeezed his arm!!!

It was so nice to talk about things that are strange, dark, and mysterious (not even just Mr Ballen stories but other things, for example it got us onto the topic of how and when human/animal sacrifice ended as a practice and why it used to be so popular in the Mayan and Aztec world which is random but funny to talk about on a date).

But having the opener of 'Bells Canyon', 'Places you cant go' etc made the conversation SO much easier omg, it was nice to have a date that didnt feel like an interview (what do you do for work, siblings, hobbies etc).

Who cares if it works out, thanks Mr Ballen for making the dating game that little bit easier! It's hard out here for the 26 yr olds in London 😂🤟🤘
