Noise

Not being a moan but what do you do about noise from parties in Croydon?

In my old area you called the council and they sent someone after midnight to tell ppl to chill out. Croydon seems to say you need to email them and they'll basically do nothing. Wtf is the point in that.

Thinking I've got it wrong? Don't they have to provide support for council tax payers on issues like this... If not then what can you do? It's not a police thing.
