TempViolation

does anybody know why i might have a temp violation on topstep dashboard but not failing any rules. so yesterday i had a personal daily loss limit and a trailing SL set to liquidate and block. entered a london trade and was up had a mini retrace and trade closed and blocked me out. checked dashboard and said temp violation. today i placed a london trade but turned off the trailing SL trade hit and my personal daily profit target liquidated and blocked me, again dashboard said temp violation. i haven’t violated any rules. does the personal liquidation and block relay as temp violation on dashboard or is it something else?
