Lawn Reno SE TN/7b Plan

I built a house and this fall I’m planning to reno the lawn. I’ve got about 20k sq ft to derock, level, etc.

I’m renting a skid and rock rake to pick out the detritus from building and level the horrendously lumpy soil prior to seeding. Im seeding 15k TTTF/micro clover and 5k TTTF/KBG/micro clover.

Here’s where I need some input, the sequence of events.

My current plan of attack, to maximize my time and not have to spend another $600 on the skid is:

• Glypo a week before I till
• Till/level
• Seed turf grass/roll/tenacity
• 3 weeks later, or in spring pending weather, seed clover

My timing will be mid to late September.

Thoughts? I know it’s not perfect, but trying to maximize my time and financial investment.
