Still able to donate with blown veins and bruising?

Last time I donated I had a bad experience.. the first stick (where they always go) didn’t have a good flow rate and after about 6 adjustments by 3 people and 191 ml of plasma collected they tried to stick my other arm, which immediately blew and is still painful. They paid me the full amount and had me sit there for 30 minutes eating snacks/ drinking Gatorade. They were able to return my blood to me so she said I wouldn’t be deferred for that and could come back next week. I’m just curious if I’ll be allowed to when my arm is now bruised. (The vein they always go in isn’t blown, she said that the person who initially poked me missed the vein and it was too much of an awkward angle to fix.)
