Conversations randomly corrupting?? Or something

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm having conversations that just won't open at all. Other conversations open just fine on the same bot, but one specific won't open, it's acting like a corrupted file. It's not even inappropriate or anything so that can't be why it's happening
