i think i made a big mistake

Im deep into my secondaries and just now understanding what yall meant by having a theme with your application. I really wished i spoke more about rural and underserved medicine throughout my primary app. I am trying my hardest to talk about it in my secondaries but I am realizing that these MD schools would probably favor me a lot more if my primary mentioned more about it too. feeling cooked atm. am i screwed for university of houston/ texas tech/ a&m and similar mission-minded schools??

any success stories from people making similar mistakes to help me out rn?😭
