Dine My Way Problem - Anyone else with a similar issue?

Hey everyone. Months ago, I used the Dine My Way program through the Princess website. I’m going on a 14 night cruise on Enchanted. I used Dine My Way to book 6 dinners in Amalfi Dining Room, 6 dinners in Santorini Dining Room, and 2 dinners in specialty restaurants. Everything was fine and ready to go for my upcoming cruise as of last night.

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY…

All my Santorini reservations got changed to Amalfi. They are for the exact same times as my Santorini reservations were. I called customer service and they are reporting that they can’t see any record of me ever picking the Santorini restaurant for 6 of my reservations. While trying to maintain my composure I insisted that I was telling the truth. I’m so confused how my reservations could get changed without my consent and there being no record of this.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? My trip is tomorrow and I’m very upset.
