Am I using these wrong?
Not looking for medical advice, but I got pneumonia a couple weeks ago, couldn't smoke, had lozenges but my buddy picked me up some zyn and velo pouches (zyn purple chill 9mg, Velo polar mint 11mg) and they've been working great in terms of not smoking. Havent smoked now since July 26th. But noticed these last few days my gums are getting sore, even had some blood when brushing today and a little open sore in the gum line on lower right front kinda area. Ive been rotating sides and areas (more back or front, left and right), it seems to be that one area really causing the biggest problems although same area on the left kinda irritated too. I do have the habit of moving the pouch around except when further back in the upper or lower areas of my mouth and those places seem to be ok.
Im looking in to all this and it seems the abrasion of moving them could be the culprit? Am I using them wrong? Just wondering how many went through this when 1st switching to pouches from smoking/Vaping and if the gums get used to it if you keep them still? I dont want to go back to smoking after 2 weeks of not after 27 years of smoking.
