When I put in my debit card PIN another client's info came up

Help

I was at the bank yesterday replacing my expired debit card and picking up a new credit card. As usual they had me put my card in and confirm the PIN. The teller was asking me to confirm my address, phone number, etc. And was confused that literally none of it matched the info on her screen. I suggested maybe she has the wrong file open, but she said that's not possible since I put my card in with the PIN. "Because you are [other random person's name] right?" And she seemed weirded out that I wasn't that person. When she redid it, it all came up fine. I was in a major rush and didn't really stop to think or ask questions, but now after the fact, I'm wondering if there'd be any reason to be concerned about that? The lady helping me was surprised about it, like it never happens. "You put your card and your PIN right in front of me. I don't get it." I'm thinking I will call the branch and ask, just for the peace of mind. But has anyone here had anything like this happen, or do you think I should worry about the implications of anything?
