PPIs?

Hey so been on here a few times asking about abdominal pain (still trying to suss out the cause and what I can do about it)

I was trying to think of my diet habits, daily routines, etc. that may have changed, and my pain is the result of such change. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy that had fairly typical results.

They marked some mild acid reflux and prescribed a ppi. I tried omeprazole before and didnt like it but was willing to try another.

This all happened 7/21. Just wondering of you who have had to take ppis have you noticed more harm than good? For all I know the pain and me starting this med are totally unrelated. But would like to hear your thoughts.
