What to do with an inconsistent goalkeeper

My goalkeeper is inconsistent and most of the time concedes a lot of goals. But for his age and league, he has good attributes.

Should i get rid of him because he is inconsistent?

Note that my club just borrowed 600m to build a new stadium and that I'm financially ruined atm.
