How do I build an alchemiser?

So bear with me because I hardly know anything about invention, but I'm trying to build an alchemiser. I have level 143 invention, and in my skill guide it says "discovered" under both alchemiser and alchemiser mk II, and I don't have the blueprints available in research. I'm just wondering how to actually make them because I honestly can't figure it out. Can someone help?
