Need advice on how to handle this situation with my OB office.

I have high amniotic fluid and GD and get ultrasounds weekly, such as biophysical and growth scans. Well I had an appt today for one that I admittedly missed. However, I was in communication with them that there was a chance I might not make it due to work and if there were other options. They said that another clinic had an appt at 3 pm or 10 am. My appt was at 10:30 so I told them I would reach out in the morning to see how work looked and may end up taking the 3 pm appt, they agreed it sounded good. Well I realized this morning that I couldn't make it and called and left a message beforehand to get in at 3:0] and instead of getting me in at 3 pm at the other place, there was miscommunication with the front desk and they were expecting me to come in. I tried calling when I realized and they weren't very helpful and kind of rude when I asked what my options were. Then I left a message on the portal asking the nurses since the front desk was not helpful. I'm worried because I missed this appointment and with everything i have going on, I am worried about baby. Would L&D possibly be able to do these scans if I went in? I also have a major headache. I feel anxious today. Sorry for the long winded description.
