Conversation between Thing and Mr Fantastic new?

Someone tell me if this line is new or old cause I never heard it until now. Mr Fantastic tells Thing that his machine thing picked up some presence with power equal to Galactus. Is this new and teasing the next Villian or was it in reference to Knull or just old.

I couldn’t tell you or even remember the name of the machine he said/word he used I was high.
