Is there any way to opt out of experimental features on PC?

I guess I was randomly chosen to be a guinea pig to try out their new UI and it is absolutely DISGUSTING It is legitimately unwatchably bad for me. (For context, I have Autism and so when even the smallest things change in my day to day life, it greatly effects me.)
