Foot infection or fungus

I am a 23 year old male. I've had this issue recently as shown in the image. It appears on both feet and is far more apparent after working out or using the shower. Basically it gets aggravated when exposed to moisture. Any ideas on what it is are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
